综合护理干预对晚期肿瘤患者化疗所致胃肠道反应及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性护理干预对晚期肿瘤患者化疗所致胃肠道反应及睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:收治行放射治疗晚期肿瘤患者200例,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和综合护理干预组,每组各40例,分别给予常规护理干预措施和综合性护理干预措施;比较两组严重胃肠道反应发生率以及睡眠质量改善情况等。结果:综合护理干预组严重胃肠道反应发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);综合护理干预组睡眠质量明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预用于化疗晚期肿瘤患者能够有效减轻胃肠道不良反应,改善睡眠质量。Ohjective ：To investigate the in- fluence of comprehensive nursing interven- tion on gastrointestinal reactions and sleep quality of advanced cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods ：200 advanced canc- er patients with chemotherapy were chose in the period from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group （100 pa- tlents） with conventional nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention group （ 100 patients ） with comprehensive nursing intervention;and the incidence of serious gastrointestinal reactions and impro- ving situation of sleep quality of both groups were compared. Results： The incidence of serious gastrointestinal reactions of compre- hensive nursing intervention group were sig- nificantly lower than control group after nursing（ P 〈 0.05 ）. And the improving situ- ation of sleep quality of comprehensive nurs- ing intervention group were significantly lower than control group after nursing （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention on advanced cancer pa- tients with chemotherapy can efficiently im- prove gastrointestinal reaetionsand and sleep quality, and is worthy of clinical appliea- tion.
