高龄患者仰卧位外侧切口人工股骨头置换术的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对高龄患者仰卧位外侧切口行人工股骨头置换术的可行性进行疗效观察分析。方法:选择70岁以上的股骨颈骨折患者41例,随机分为仰卧位外侧切口、侧卧位后外侧切口二种术式行人工股骨头置换术,术后固定与综合治疗,随时观察疗效,并进行统计分析。结果:仰卧位外侧切口行人工股骨头置换术对高龄患者具有切口长度短、手术时间短、术中出血少、术后切口引流量少、术后下床时间早等优点,能解除患者的痛苦,保证安全,达到治疗目的。结论:仰卧位外侧切口对高龄患者行人工股骨头置换术是一种安全的术式。Objective：To research the feasibility and efficacy of hemiarthroplasty with supine lateral incision in elderly patients. Methods： 41 patients over the age of 70 sicked in femoral neck fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups based on two kinds of surgical line hemiarthroplasty that called the supine lateral inci- sion and posterolateral incision in the lateral position. Their effects were statistical analyzed after postoperative fixed and comprehensive treatment. Results：The surgical approach of supine lateral incision line hemiarthroplasty, which provided with a lot of ad- vantages including short length of the incision, shorter operative time, less blood loss, less postoperative wound drainage as well as postoperative get out of bed early, can relieve patients sufferingensure safety for therapeutic purposes. Conclusion： The supine lateral incision is a safe surgical approach to hemiarthroplasty in elderly patients.
