超轻憎水硬硅钙石型硅酸钙绝热制品的研制

摘　　要：利用石英粉、石灰为主要原料 ,掺加耐碱玻纤及少量纸纤维 ,添加少量外加剂 ,采用动态水热合成法 ,中试生产成功超轻憎水硬硅钙石型硅酸钙绝热制品。产品主要技术指标 :密度130～150kg/m3 ,抗压强度不小于0.4MPa ,抗折强度不小于0.2MPa ,导热系数不大于0.0454W/(m·K) ,耐温达到1000℃ ,泡水96h后吸水率在5 %～6 %。简述原材料选择、生产工艺参数 ,并分析了反应机理及微观结构。The super light water repellent hard afwillite type calcium silicate thermal insulation product is successfully made from quart powder and lime as raw materials, alkali-resistant glass fiber, few of paper fiber and additives by means of dynamic water heating synthesis at pilot plant. The product has the following technical indexes: density: 130～150 kg/m3 , compressive strength: not less than 0.4 MPa, bending strength: not less than 0.2 MPa, heat conductivity: not more than 0.0454 W/(m·k), temperature-resistant: 1000 ℃, water absorptivity in water for 96 hours: 5%～6%. It describes the selection of raw materials and production process data, and analyzes reaction mechanism and micro structure in brief.
