九味伤痛酊渗漉提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优选九味伤痛酊的最佳渗漉提取工艺。方法:以延胡索乙素含量为指标,采用正交试验优选九味伤痛酊的最佳渗漉提取工艺。结果:最佳渗漉工艺条件为药材粉碎成中粉,用8倍量80%乙醇进行渗漉。结论:优选出的提取工艺稳定、方便、合理、可行。Objective： To optimize the percolation extraction process of jiuwei shangtong tincture. Methods： The extraction process of jiuwei shangtong tincture was optimized by orthogonal design using the contents of tetrahydropalmatine as indexe. Results：The optimal conditions for the percolation extraction of jiuwei shangtong tincture was crushing the herb into powder and using 8 times of 80% ethanol percolation. Conclusion：The extracting method is reasonable, stable, and suitable.
