摘 要:以秦烟96为材料,采用大田裂区试验设计,种植密度(D)为主区,氮素(N)为副区,分别设3个水平,研究氮用量、密度互作对烤烟圆顶期氮钾含量、光合特性及产量的影响,寻求适合烤烟生长的最佳施氮量和种植密度组合。初步研究结果表明,密度、氮用量及其互作均对烤烟圆顶期氮、钾含量和光合作用及产量影响显著,氮、钾、碳水化合物含量和净光合速率(Pn)均与产量呈显著正相关。产量和氮含量在3个密度下均以高氮量处理最高,而钾含量、Pn和碳水化合物含量均以中氮量处理最高。产量和钾含量在3个氮量下以中密度处理最高,而氮含量以低密度处理最高,Pn和碳水化合物含量以低、中密度处理最高。本试验条件下,秦烟96的最佳氮用量与密度组合为中密度高氮量(D2N3),适宜的氮肥用量和密度范围分别为88.10~103.19 kg/hm2、16 078~16 698株/hm2。A field experiment was conducted using split-plot experiment design i. e. three regimes of planting density (D) as main plots and nitrogen (N) rate as sub-plots to investigate the effects of interaction between N application rate and planting density on N and potassium (K) contents, photosynthesis characteristics at round top stage and yield of flue-cured tobacco to determine the optimum N application rate and planting density for better growth, higher yield and quality of flue-cured to- bacco. The preliminary results showed that planting density, N rate and the interaction between them had significant effects on the contents of N, K and carbohydrate contents, net photosynthesis rate (Pn) and yield. Significant positive correlations were obtained between N and K contents, Pn, carbohydrate content of flue-cured tobacco at round top stage and yield. Under all three-density conditions, the highest yield and N content presented at high N rate treatment, while the greatest contents of K, Pn and carbohydrate at medium N rate treatment. Under all three N rates conditions, the highest yield and K content presented at medium density, while the greatest N content at low density, and the highest Pn and carbohydrate content at low and medium density. In this study, the best combination of N and density treatment was medium density plus high N rate (D2N3), and the appropriate density and N range were 16 078 - 16 698 plant/hm2 and 88. 10 ~ 103.19 kg/hm2 respectively for Qinyan 96.
