芒果木屑栽培灵芝试验

摘　　要：为有效利用当地适生树种芒果的木材废料,变废为宝,以芒果木屑作为基质主要木材原料,加入棉籽壳、麦麸等辅料以代料栽培方法进行栽培灵芝试验。结果表明:芒果木屑适合作为灵芝栽培基质木材原料,最适的代料栽培基质配方为:芒果木屑69%、棉籽壳10%、麦麸20%、硫酸钙1%,培养基含水量60%,芒果木屑粉碎成直径≤5mm的颗粒。Mango sawdust mixed with cotton seed hull and wheat bran were used to growing Ganoderma lucidum. The results showed that the Mango sawdust was suitable component of medium for growing Ganoderma lucidum. The optimal formula of cultivation medium for Ganoderma lucidum was： Mango sawdust （particles with diameter ≤ 5 mm） 69% ,cotton seed hull 10%, wheat bran 20%, calcium sulfate 1%, and water 60%.
