摘　　要：金融监管体系的形成和发展与银行业及金融市场的发展密切相关,并随着金融结构的调整而变化。本文基于金融结构的视角,对各国金融监管体系的变迁历程进行了考察,从宏观层面归纳了世界各国金融结构与金融监管体系变迁的规律,进而对中国的金融监管改革提出若干建议。The formation and development of a country＇s financial supervision system is closely related with the development of the its banking sectors and financial markets, and constantly updated with adjustments of financial structure. From the perspective of financial structure, the article studies the transformation of the financial supervision systems of some countries, summarizes transformation rules of financial structure and financial supervision systems throughout the world at the macro-level, and makes several suggestions about China＇s financial supervision reform.
