摘　　要：目的:了解2012年1—6月青海省某三级甲等医院骨科内固定取出术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况,为规范医院外科围术期抗菌药物的应用与管理探索合理干预途径。方法:抽取2012年1—6月我院骨科3个科室内固定取出术病历,对其围术期抗菌药物的选择、给药途径、给药时间、疗程等进行对比分析。结果:我院骨科3个科室在同一时间段、相同手术条件下,内固定取出术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物在药物选择、用药方式、用药习惯上存在很大差异。结论:通过对比分析,进一步细化和深入干预我院外科围术期预防性用药,为规范围术期用药提供干预经验。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients undergoing internal fixation removal surgery during Jan. -Jun. period of 2012 in a three-a grade hospital in Qinghai so as to explore reasonable intervention approach for standardizing the perioperative use and management of prophylactic antibiotics. METHODS ： The medical records （ during Jan. -Jun. period of 2012 ） of patients undergoing internal fixation removal surgery from three orthopedic departments of our hospital were sampled for contrastive analysis of the perioperative use of antibiotics with regard to drug choice, route of administration, administration time and duration of antibiotics etc. RESULTS ： At the same period of time and under the same operational condition, great differences were noted among the three orthopedics departments in perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics with regard to drug choice, mode of administration and administration habit. CONCLUSION：Through the contrast analysis, we can further refine and deeply intervene the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in surgical departments so as to provide intervention experience for standardizing pcrioperative use of drugs.
