摘  要:目的了解我院ICU病房鲍曼不动杆菌的分子流行特征,分析其基因同源性,为医院感染控制提供实验室依据。方法收集暨南大学附属第一医院ICU病房分离的107株鲍曼不动杆菌,采用多位点序列分型(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)技术,PCR扩增gltA、gyrB、gdhB、recA、cpn60、gpi和rpoD 7个管家基因片段,测序结果与PubMLST数据库比对分析,利用eBURST软件绘制不同基因型之间的进化关系图。结果 107株鲍曼不动杆菌被分为4个基因型,分别是ST-136(31株)、ST-195(7株)、ST-208(58株)和一个新的基因型(11株),其中ST136、ST195和ST208基因型具有同源相关性。结论我院ICU病房的鲍曼不动杆菌具有水平传播特征,多位点序列分型技术可用于临床鲍曼不动杆菌的基因分型。Objective To investigate the molecular epidemiology characteristic and analyze gene homology ofAcinetobacter baumannii isolated in ICU ward of our hospital, so as to provide evidence for nosocomial infection control. Methods 107 A. baumannii stains were collected from ICU ward in the first affiliated hospital of Jinan university, and genotype was identified by multilocus sequence typing (MLST) technique, gltA, gyrB, gdhB, recA, cpn60, gpi and rpoD housekeeping genes were detected by PCR amplification. PCR results were sequenced and compared with PubMLST databases. Evolutionary diagram was generated with eBURST software. Results Four genotypes were identified among 107 A. baumannii stains: ST-136 (31strains), ST-195 (7 strains), ST-208 (58 strains) and a new genotype (11 strains). ST136, ST195, and ST208 have the homologous relevance. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii isolated in ICU ward of our hospital had the level dissemination characteristic, and MLST could be used in genotyping of clinical Acinetobacter baumannii.
