城区非孕妇女阴道假丝酵母菌属感染状况调查及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查城区非孕妇女阴道假丝酵母菌属感染状况及其影响因素,为防治该疾病提供科学依据。方法对城区554例非孕妇女进行阴道假丝酵母菌属检测,按1∶1配比法选取未感染者作为参照对象。结果 554例非孕妇女中阴道假丝酵母菌属感染51例,感染率为9.21%;年龄30～39岁组阴道假丝酵母菌属感染率最高,为12.29%;结婚0～10年阴道假丝酵母菌属感染率最高,为12.37%;单因素分析显示,年龄<40岁、结婚<20年、环境高温、妇产科手术、人流史与阴道假丝酵母菌属感染相关;多因素分析显示,年龄<40岁、人流史、妇科手术史是导致阴道假丝酵母菌属感染的危险因素。结论通过加强对非孕妇女妇科疾病的检查,能有效地降低阴道假丝酵母菌属的感染率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the status and influencing factors of vaginal Candida mycoderma infections in the non-pregnant women in urban area so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of the disease. METHODS A total of 554 non-pregnant women were selected to detect the vaginal Candida rnycoderma infections, the non-pregnant women who were not infected were set as the controls in 1：1 ratio. RESULTS Of 554 non- pregnant women,there were 51 cases with vaginal C. mycoderrna infections with the incidence rate of 9.21%, the infection rate was the highest （9.21%） in the patients aged between 30 and 39 years old, the incidence rate of vaginal C. mycoderrna infections was the highest （12.37%） in the patients with the marriage age between 0 and 10 years. The univariate analsis indicated that less than 40 years of age, marriage age less than 20 years, high temperature, obstetric and gynecological surgery, and abortion history were the factors associated with the vaginal C. rnycoderrna infections. Multivariate analysis indicated that the less than 40 years of age, abortion history, and history of gynecological surgery were the risk factors leading to the vaginal C. mycoderma infections. CONCLUSION The incidence of vaginal C. rnycoderrna bacteria infections can be reduced effectively by strengthening the inspection of gynecological diseases in the non-pregnant women.
