摘 要:目的探讨氯己定醇脱碘在手术部位皮肤消毒的效果,以预防与减少手术部位感染。方法将骨科住院行下肢骨科手术的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20例;试验组手术部位皮肤常规2%碘酊消毒后,用2%氯己定醇进行脱碘;对照组常规2%碘酊消毒后,应用75%乙醇脱碘;两组分别于消毒前、消毒后30、60min作细菌学检测,观察不同消毒方法对手术部位皮肤细菌菌落的影响。结果消毒后30min细菌达标率试验组为100.00%、对照组为80.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),消毒后60min细菌达标率试验组为92.5%、对照组为52.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氯己定醇脱碘可提高手术部位皮肤消毒达标率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of deiodination use of chlorhexidine alcohol for skin disinfection of the surgical site so as to prevent and reduce the incidence of surgical site infections. METHODS Totally 40 fracture patients who needed the lower limb surgery were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups, with 20 cases in each. 2% chlorhexidine alcohol was used for deiodination in the experimental group after conven- tional iodine disinfection of the surgical site, while 75 % alcohol was used for deiodination in the control group after conventional iodine disinfection of the surgical site. The bacteriological tests were respectively carried out at 30 minutes or 60 minutes after the disinfection, then the effects of the different disinfection methods on the bacterial colony counts of the surgical sites were observed. RESULTS The bacterial compliance rate at 30min after the disinfection was 100. 005 in the experimental group, 80.00% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.01); the bacterial compliance rate at 60rain after the disinfection was 92.55 in the experimental group, 52.5% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION The deiodination use of chlorhexidine alcohol may improve the compliance rate of the skin disinfection of surgical site.
