摘  要:目的观察立体防护在医院普通病房感染管理中应用的效果,提高医院普通病房感染管理水平。方法从2009年1月-2012年6月医院随机选择外科、骨伤科普通病房采用立体防护,期间住院的手术患者1280例作为观察组,同时选择前期1280例患者作为对照组,比较立体防护实施前后病房空气洁净度、患者感染发生率等指标。结果立体防护实施后对空气、医护人员人、电器、桌面等监测合格率提高,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);立体防护实施后1280例患者共发生医院感染22例,分别为切口、肺部及其他感染,医院感染发生率为1.72%;实施前1280例患者共发生医院感染98例,医院感染率为7.66%;实施后医院感染发生率明显降低,实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论立体防护措施应用于普通病房感染管理中可明显提高空气及物品清洁度,对降低感染发生率具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE TO observe the effect of the three-dimensional protection in control of nosocomial infections in general wards so as to improve the level of infection control in the general ward. METHODS The general wards of general surgery departments and the orthopedics department where the three-dimensional protection were applied from Jan 2009 to Jun 2012 were randomly selected, a total of 1280 patients who enrolled the hospital during this period were chosen as the observation group, and 1280 cases of patients who enrolled in the previous period were assigned to the control group. The air cleanliness of the general wards and the incidence of infections were compared before and after the three-dimensional protection was implemented. RESULTS After the implementation of the three-dimensional protection, the qualified rate of the monitoring of air, health care workers, electrical appliances, or desktop was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant as compared with that before the implementation (P〈 0. 05). After the implementation of the three-dimensional protection, the nosoeomial infections occurred in 22 of 1280 patients with the incidence rate of 1.72%, among which the incision infections and the pulmonary infections were predominant; before the implementation of the three-dimensional protection, the nosocomial infections occurred in 98 of 1280 patients with the incidence rate of 7.66%3 the incidence rate of nosocomial infections was significantly decreased after the implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). CONCLUSION The three-dimensional protective measures applied in the infection control of general wards can significantly improve the cleanliness of air and items, it is of great significance in reducing the incidence of infections.
