摘  要:目的了解安徽省志贺菌属的分布及耐药性,以指导临床合理用药。方法采用国际标准平皿琼脂对倍稀释法,检测2011年9月安徽省32所医院收集的122株志贺菌属对多种抗菌药物的敏感性,用生化和血清学方法鉴定血清群;按照2011年美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)指导原则的标准判定细菌对抗菌药物的药敏率。结果 122株志贺菌属中福氏志贺菌118株、宋内志贺菌4株;122株志贺菌属对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢美唑和拉氧头孢的耐药率明显低于其他头孢类抗菌药物;对碳青霉烯类敏感率达100.00%;对氨苄西林和氯霉素耐药性最高,而氟喹诺酮类的3种药物的耐药率分别为环丙沙星28.69%、左氧氟沙星17.21%及加替沙星13.11%。结论安徽省32所医院收集的志贺菌属对多种抗菌药物的耐药性严重,尤其是对氨苄西林和氯霉素耐药率高,应加强耐药性检测与防治。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and the drug resistance rate of Shigella in Anhui province in order to guide the reasonable use of antimicrobial agents. METHODS Totally 122 strains of Shigella were collected from 32 hospitals in Anhui province in Sept. 2011, and the drug susceptibility testing was performed by use of the international standard plate agar dilution method, the Shigella from the serum were identified by the biochemical and serologic tests. The drug susceptibility rates of the Shigella were determined according to the criteria of CLSI 2011. RESULTS Of totally 122 strains of Shigell, there were 18 strains of Shigella fgexneri and 4 strains of S. sonneil The drug resistance rate of Shigella was significantly lower to piperacillin/tazobactam, cefmetazole or latamoxef than to other cephalosporinsl the drug susceptibility rate to carbopenems was 100. 00% the drug resistance rate to ampicillin or chloramphenicol was the highest. Of the three types of quinolones, the drug resistance rate to ciprofloxacin was 28. 69 %, levofloxacin 17. 21%, and gatifloxacin 13. 11%. CONCLUSION Shigella isolated from 32 hospitals in Anhui province are highly resistant to a variety of antibiotics, especially to ampicillin and chloramphenicol. It is necessary to strengthen the detection and the prevention of drug resistance.
