摘  要:目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的耐药性,为临床抗感染治疗提供依据。方法采集2011年1-12月6718例胃镜标本中分离的4676株Hp,分析其对左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、庆大霉素、呋喃唑酮等6种抗菌药物的耐药性。结果 6718例标本中Hp检出率为69.6%;6种抗菌药物甲硝唑耐药率最高,达95.8%,其次为克拉霉素和左氧氟沙星,分别为21.3%和18.9%,阿莫西林、庆大霉素、呋喃唑酮的耐药率均<1.0%。结论Hp对甲硝唑耐药率高,甲硝唑不应作为治疗Hp感染的一线药物;阿莫西林、庆大霉素、呋喃唑酮等抗菌药物耐药性低,可在治疗Hp感染中首选。OBJECTIVE To analyze the antibiotic resistance of the clinical isolates of Helicobacter pylori so as to guide the clinical anti-infection therapy. METHODS A total of 4676 strains of H. pylori isolated from 6718 gastroscopic specimens were collected from Jan to Dec 2011, and the antibiotic resistance of the strains to levofloxacin, metronidazole, elarithromycin, amoxicillin, gentamiein and furazolidone were analyzed. RESULTS Of totally 6718 specimens, the detection rate of H. pylori was 69.6%; the drug resistance rate to metronidazole (95.8%) was the highest among the six antibiotics, followed by clarithromycin (21. 3%)and levofloxacin (18.9%), and the drug resistance rates to amoxicillin, gentamicin and furazolidone were all less than 1. 0%. CONCLUSION Metronidazole should not be applied as first-line antibiotic to treat the H. pylori infections in this area due to its higher resistance rate. However, the amoxicillin, gentamicin and furazolidone should be applied as the preferred antibiotics for the treatment of the H. pylori.
