美国社区学院创业教育的动因和特点探析

摘　　要：美国社区学院实施创业教育已有40年历史,且创业教育已成为美国职业教育发展的新趋势。其特点鲜明,有不断创新的学分式创业教育、灵活多样的非学分式创业教育、功能强大的创业中心、逐步完善的创业教育课程体系和课程开发体系、专兼职结合的创业教育师资队伍、完善的创业教育社会支撑体系,对我国高职院校创业教育体系的构建具有一定借鉴意义。The entrepreneurship education in American community college has got through 40 years and the entrepreneurship education has become a new trend of vocational education in the USA.Its distinct characteristics of continuous innovative credit entrepreneurship education,flexible non-credit entrepreneurship education, powerful entrepreneurship center,gradual improvement of the curriculum system and curriculum development system,the combination of full and part time teachers and optimal entrepreneurship social support system have some significance on the construction of Chinese vocational colleges' entrepreneurship education system.
