摘 要:目的:测定清肺止咳颗粒中木兰脂素、秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,使用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱DiamonsiL C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)。测定木兰脂素的流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长为278 nm;测定秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素的流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(8∶92),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为334 nm。结果:木兰脂素、秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素进样量分别在0.22~1.76μg(r=0.9998)、0.102~0.306μg(r=0.9997)、0.23~0.69μg(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.9%、97.7%、100.0%,RSD为1.4%、2.0%、1.8%。结论:所建立的分析方法可作为清肺止咳颗粒的质控标准。Objective: To determine the content of magnolin, aesculin, aesculetin in Qingfeizhike Particles by HPLC. Methods:An HPLC method with a Diamonsil C lS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used. For magnol-in,the solution of acetonitrile - water (40: 60) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and a detection wavelength of 278 nm ; for aesculin and aesculetin, acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid ( 8 : 92 ) wasused as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and a detection wavelength of 334 nm. Results:The linear relationships of magnolin, aesculin and aesculetin were good within the ranges of 0.22~1.76μg(r=0.9998)、0.102~0.306μg(r=0.9997) and 0.23~0.69μg(r=0.9997) , respectively, and the average recovery rates were 99.9% ,97.7% and 100. 0%, respectively, with RSD of 1.4%, 2.0% and 1.8%. Conclusion: The establishedmethod can be used for the quality control standard of Qingfeizhike Particles.
