摘 要:以进口和国产的ENiCrMo-3焊条为试验焊接材料,利用金相分析、力学性能测试等试验方法,对1Ni9钢焊接工艺及其匹配焊材组织、性能进行了研究,并对1Ni9钢焊条成分进行了优化。结果表明,焊前经双相区淬火+回火处理的1Ni9钢,用进口及国产焊条焊后接头显微组织基本相同,焊缝为γ相固溶体和析出相,热影响区和母材为板条状马氏体+铁素体+少量残留奥氏体;两种焊条所得接头力学性能均高于国内外相关标准要求;进口焊条强度高于国产焊条,但低温韧性偏低。降低焊芯C、Ni含量,适量增加Cr、Mo、Mn含量,并添加微量Cu、B、Ti、Nb及稀土,可降低焊条成本提高焊条强韧性。Confirmed the imported and domestic ENiCrMo-3 electrode as the welding materials in the test and studied the welding processing, microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints of 1Ni9 steel were measured and the chemical composition of matching electrode was optimized. The results show that quenched from diphase zone and tempered before welding, the microstructure of welded joints with imported and domestic electrode is similar, the welded zone is composed of ^-phase solid solution and precipitation phase, the heat affected zone and base metal are composed of lath martensite, ferrite and a little of residual austenite. Mechanical properties of the welded joints with imported and domestic electrode are higher than the standard quality requirements at home and abroad, however the strength of welded joints with imported ENiCrMo-3 electrode is higher than that of the domestics one, but the low temperature toughness is correspondingly lower. Reducing carbon and nickel contents, properly increasing chromium, molybdenum and vanadium contents and adding trace copper, boron, titanium, niobium and rare earth in deposited metal can ensure a good mechanical properties of the weld joint, and also can reduce the cost.
