摘 要:采用溶液聚合方法,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,将苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸接枝到环氧树脂高分子链上后,中和、乳化制得水性环氧-苯丙接枝共聚物。并对水性环氧-苯丙接枝共聚物的亲水性、水分散稳定性和分子结构进行表征,确定了合成环氧-苯丙接枝共聚物的最佳条件:反应温度为115℃,反应时间为6 h,BPO用量为环氧树脂及接枝单体总质量的1.6%,亲水单体甲基丙烯酸用量占环氧树脂及接枝单体总质量的10%,三异丙醇胺用量占成功接技的甲基丙烯酸物质的量的95%。The waterborne epoxy-styrene-acrylic graft copolymer was prepared by grafting styrene, methyl methacrylate and methacrylie acid (MAA) onto the polymer chain of epoxy resin with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator via solution polymerization, and then by neutralization and emulsification. The hydrophilicity, water dispersion stability and the molecular structure of the waterborne epoxy-styrene-acrylic graft copolymer were characterized. The optimum conditions for synthesizing epoxy-styrene-acrylic resin were determined as follows: the reaction temperature was 115 ℃, the reaction time was 6 hours, the mass of BPO and hydrophilic monomer MAA were 1.6%, 10% of the total mass of epoxy and the grafted monomers. The molar content of triisopropa- nolamine accounted for 95% of that of MAA grafted onto epoxy resin.
