摘  要:通过对相对分子质量分布曲线呈双峰(简称双峰)的薄膜专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)MH602进行吹塑薄膜,研究了熔体温度、吹胀比、冷却线高度、环境温度等1:艺条件对薄膜落镖冲击破损质量的影响。用双峰HDPEMH602吹塑薄膜的最佳T艺条件为:熔体温度220qC,吹胀比4.0:1.0,环境温度20~25℃;采用进FI催化剂生产的MH602吹塑薄膜时,冷却线高度最佳为1800mm;采用国产催化剂生产的MH602吹塑薄膜时,冷却线高度最佳为1200mm。The influences of technological conditions including melt temperature, blow-up ratio, cooling line height, ambient temperature, etc. on the falling dart impact failure mass of the film were studied through blowing film with high density polyethylene (HDPE) special resin for film use, MH602, whose relative molecu- lar mass presented himodal distribution. The optimal film blowing conditions of himodal HDPE MH602 were as follows: the melt temperature was 220℃, the blow-up ratio was 4.0 : 1.0, the ambient temperature was 20-25 ℃; the optimum cooling line height was 1 800 mm when the blown film was made of MH602 produced with the imported catalyst, while the optimum cooling line height was 1 200 mm when the blown film was made of MH602 produced with the domestic catalyst.
