摘  要:研究了互穿网络汽车底盘漆中不同防锈颜料配方对涂层防腐蚀性能的影响,采用交流阻抗测试、盐水浸泡、划痕试验、扫描电镜观察和能谱测试对配方中6种颜料的防腐性能进行评价,并对涂层的失效过程进行分析。测试结果表明,磷酸锌性能优于其他的颜料,更适合用于互穿网络汽车底盘漆中,6种防锈颜料的防腐蚀性能顺序为:磷酸锌>m(三聚磷酸铝)∶m(钼酸锌)∶m(磷酸锌)=7∶2∶2>m(三聚磷酸铝)∶m(钼酸锌)=7∶2>三聚磷酸铝>钼酸锌>复合磷酸锌,磷酸锌的片层结构可以增加漆膜早期屏蔽性能。Influences of different anti-rust pigments formulations on corrosion resistance of interpenetrating networks paint coating for automobile chassis were studied. Corrosion resistance of the six pigments in the formulation were evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectra, saline soak, scratch test, scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum. Failure process of the coating was also analyzed. Results showed that zinc phosphate was superior to the other pigments for the paint. Sequence of antirust performance of these six pigments was found as following : zinc phosphate 〉 aluminium tripolyphosphate : zinc molybdate : zinc phosphate = 7: 2: 2 〉 aluminium tripolyphosphate : zinc molybdate = 7: 2 〉 aluminium tripolyphosphate 〉 zinc molybdate 〉 composite zinc phosphate. Lamellar structure of zinc phosphate could efficiently enhance early shielding property of the paint film.
