摘　　要：文章以某石化公司科研管理信息系统为例,介绍了进行科研管理信息系统需求分析一般应包括的内容和方法。其中可行性分析主要包括经济、技术、时机和管理等4方面内容,功能需求包括决策层功能、管理层功能、执行层功能和基层功能需求,非功能需求包括界面友好且操作方便、智能化和资源共享、开放性和可恢复性、网络安全和数据保密、身份鉴别和访问控制及抗抵赖性需求等。Based on the scientific research management information system of the Petrochemical company as an example,introduced the contents and methods for the demand analysis of the scientific research management information system.Feasibility analysis mainly included economy,technology,time control and management and so on,functional requirements including decision-making function,management function,execution-layer function and the primary-level functional requirements,non-functional requirements including friendly interface and convenient operation,intelligence and resource sharing,openness and recoverability,network security and data confidentiality,authentication and access control,and non-repudiation requirements etc.
