摘 要:本研究采用多级Fenton氧化和混凝组合工艺处理高浓度高盐对氨基苯酚生产废水中有机物,同时对反应过程进行优化控制研究。实验结果表明,分批投加3%的Fenton试剂的TOC去除效果即可超过一次投加5%的TOC去除效果。此外,投加0.5%液体PAC(10%)协同混凝,可以在氧化处理的基础上再降低29%的TOC。在室温、初始pH=3、H2O2(30%)投加量为3%(v/v)、Fe2+与H2O2的摩尔比为0.05的条件下,采用分批投加的方式进行Fenton反应后,再投加液体PAC(10%)协同混凝,用10 mg/L的PAM絮凝后,可以将废水TOC从5725 mg/L降低到481 mg/L,TOC去除率达到91.6%,出水中氨基苯酚含量为0,符合厂方生化系统进水要求。In this study,the feasibility and effect of removal of organic matters in wastewater containing High salinity for p-aminophenol wastewater treatment by the combined process of Fenton oxidation which the dosing method is batch dosing and coagulation was investigated.The optimization control study of operating conditions for the reaction process was conducted at the same time.Experimental results show that the efficiency of TOC removal of the batch dosing when the dosage of H2O2 were 3 %(v/v) can be more than a dosing when the dosage of H2O2 were 5 %(v/v).In addition,29 % of the TOC can be further reduced by co-coagulation which the dosing of liquid PAC(10 %) were 0.5 % on the basis of the oxidation treatment.The concentration of TOC can be decreased from 5725 mg/L to 481 mg/L when the dosing of liquid PAC(10 %) were 0.5 % for co-coagulation and the concentration of PAM were 10 mg/L for Flocculation under the conditions of Oxidizing which the temperature,reaction pH,the dosage of H2O2,molar ratio of ferrous and H2O2were the room temperature,3,3 %(v/v),0.05.91.6 % of TOC reduced time and the amino-phenol in water was none at the same.The wastewater could reach the reuse standard of the factory biochemical system water requirements.
