摘  要:以"巴拉多"葡萄为试验材料,于开花前一周只保留花穗穗尖的3~5 cm,疏除花穗其余部分。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定花期至幼果期其ABA、IAA、GA、CTK 4种内源激素浓度的变化情况。结果表明:花穗整穗修剪能显著提高葡萄幼果期ABA的含量,在盛花期和幼果初期显著降低IAA含量,自盛花期至幼果期显著降低GA的含量,在盛花期和落花期显著提高CTK含量,同时使GA/ABA与IAA/ABA这两个比值变化更加稳定,从而能减少落花落果,有利于花穗的生长及代谢活动。Balado grape was used as the test materials, only the 3 - 5 - cm - long tip of its floral dusters was remained and the other parts were cut off on the 7th day before florescence. We employed enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to evaluate the contents of abscisic acid (ABA), indole acetic acid (IAA), gibberellic acid (GA) and eytokinin (CTK) from florescence to young fruit period. The results showed that pruning floral cluster could significantly increase the content of ABA in young fruit period, significantly decrease the content of IAA from full - bloom stage to young fruit period, significantly decrease the content of GA from full - bloom stage to young fruit period, and significantly increase the content of CTK at full - bloom and late florescence stages. At the same time, the ratios of IAA/ABA and GA/ABA became more stable, which could reduce the drop of flowers and fruits, and was beneficial to the growth and metabolic activity of floral clusters.
