摘 要:采用滤纸培养法和盆栽实验法研究了核桃青皮的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇提取物对玉米、黄瓜、豆角、油菜、西红柿这几种作物幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,核桃青皮的3种提取物对几种供试植物种子的萌发、幼苗主茎和主根生长的抑制率不同。(1)采用滤纸培养法,各种提取物浓度为0.03%时,对黄瓜种子萌发的抑制率均可达100%。(2)采用盆栽实验法,各种提取物浓度为5%时,甲醇提取物对供试作物主茎的生长均表现为抑制作用,乙酸乙酯提取物对供试作物主根的生长都有抑制作用。The filter - paper cultivation method and pot experiment method were used to study the effects of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract of walnut peel on the seedling growth of some economic crops, such as corn, cucumber, cowpea, rape and tomato. The results indicated that these three extracts from walnut peel had different inhibitive effects on the seed germination, seedling caulis growth and taproot growth of the provided crops. The results of filter - paper cultivation test showed that all extracts at the concentration of 0.03% had 100% inhibiting rate to seed germination of cucumber. The results of pot experiment revealed that methanol extract at the concentration of 5% exhibited the inhibitive activity against the caulis growth of the four tested plants, and ethyl acetate extract at the concentration of 5 % had the inhibitive activity to the taproot growth of the tested crops.
