摘　　要：针对江苏省农村科技服务超市信息量大、管理分散的现状,提出一种基于"总店─分店便利店─生产基地"的多级信息网络架构,以实现覆盖全省的农村科技信息资源网络共享、农业科技成果可视化互动等功能。通过建立分布式数据库系统,实现基于Internet的科技成果采集、管理、检索与展示等功能;总店通过采集与处理生产基地的远程图像,实现对生产基地的在线实时监测;构建总店与各分店之间的视频培训系统,实现便捷高效的信息交互与资源共享;构建远程专家诊断系统,快速响应与解决农户在生产过程中遇到的农业技术难题。系统经过半年的运行与完善,结果证明系:统运行安全可靠、信息交互便捷,可高效、低成本推广最新农业科技信息,以及有效提升了江苏省农业科技信息化水平。Aiming at the present situations of large information quantity and scattered management of Jiangsu provincial rural science ＆ technology service supermarkets, the paper proposed a multi - level information network frame based on ＂head office -- branch stores -- production bases＂, in order to realize the sharing of rural information resources and the visual interaction of agricultural achievements through this network covering the whole province. The distributed database system was established to realize the collection, management, search and display of scientific and technological achievements from Internet. The head office realized the online and real - time monitoring of the production bases through collecting and processing the long - distance images from the production bases. The video training system between the head office and the branches was constructed to achieve convenient and high - efficient information interaction and resource share. A remote expert diagnosis system was established to fast respond and solve the agricultural technical problems which farmers encountered in the process of production. Through the running and improvement for half a year, the system was proved to be of high security, reliability and convenience, and it could effectively and economically pop- ularize the latest agricultural science and technological information. The system greatly promoted the informationization level of agricultural science and technology in Jiangsu province.
