摘 要:研究了不同基质和外源激素处理对南方红豆杉扦插效果的影响。结果表明,以河沙和珍珠岩按3∶1混合作为基质的效果最佳,其生根率为78.0%;其次是黄土作基质,最差的是河沙作基质。外源激素处理以100mg/kg浓度的ABT1处理效果最佳,其成活率为78.67%,其次为100mg/kg浓度的奈乙酸(NAA)处理,最差为空白对照。研究结果为南方红豆杉扦插繁殖中基质和外源激素处理的选择提供科学依据。Effects of medium and exogenous hormone treatment on rooting in cutting plant of Taxus chinensis var. mairei were studied.The mixture of fiver sand with pearl-rock at the ratio of 3 to 1 was the best.rooting rate were significant higher than the other two media.The rooting rate were 78.0%, respectively.Then was yellow soil. The poorest was fiver sand.The efficiency exogenous hormone treatment showed that the 100mg/kg concentration of ABT1 treatment was the best, treatment was the best, rooting rate were significant higher than the other two . The rooting rate were 78.67%, respectively.Then was the 100mg/kg concentration of NAA treatment, The poorest was CK.The results could provide the scientific basis for the selection of medium and exogenous hormone treatment.
