摘　　要：2012年4月4-9日,印度共产党(马克思主义)召开了第20次全国代表大会,对全球化时代的帝国主义进行了深刻的剖析。印度共产党(马克思主义)认为,列宁的帝国主义理论并没有过时,然而今天的帝国主义出现了一些新的特征。全球化时代的帝国主义加强了对民族国家和社会主义的攻击。全球化时代的帝国主义无法避免和彻底解决经济危机,但是资本主义从来不会自动垮台。要推翻资本主义,就必须加强工人阶级领导的社会物质力量,并对资本统治发动政治进攻。共产党人必须总结苏东剧变的经验教训,为社会主义运动复兴而努力奋斗。On 4 - 9 April,2012, the Communist Party of India （Marxist） held the 20th National Con- gress that gives a profound analysis of imperialism in the era of globalization. The Communist Party of India （Marxist）puts forward that Lenin＇ s theory of imperialism is not out of date today. However, there are some new features of imperialism today. Imperialism in the era of globalization has stepped up attacks on nation - states and socialism. Imperialism in the era of globalization cannot completely avoid and solve economic crisis, and capitalism will never automatically exterminate. To overthrow capitalism, we must strengthen social material forces led by the working class, and launch political at- tacks on the rule of capital. The communists must summarize the lessons of the collapse of the former Soviet Union and East Europe and strive for the revival of the socialist movement.
