摘  要:选择4种具有不同侧基结构的有机硅生胶作发泡密封剂的基体,配合纳米氧化锌、甲基含氢硅油和催化剂,制备了室温硫化的有机硅发泡密封剂。探讨不同侧基结构对密封剂适用期、发泡特性、微观形貌、耐热性能等方面的影响。结果表明,不同侧基对泡沫密封剂的密度、发泡系数、孔隙率影响基本一致;侧基为三氟丙基的密封剂适用期是侧基为甲基的3.6倍,但闭孔率和耐热性均较侧基为甲基的差;侧基为苯基的闭孔率介于侧基为甲基和三氟丙基之间,密封剂的耐热性并未提高。The room temperature vulcanizing silicone foam sealants were prepared by using four liquid silicone rubbers with different side groups as the raw rubber and compouding nano zinc oxide,methylhydrosilicone oil and catalyst.The influences of side group structure of the silicone rubbers on the pot life,foaming behavior,micro morphology and heat resistance of the foam sealants were studied.The results showed that the methyl,phenyl and trifluropropyl groups had merely the same effect on the sealant properties including density,foaming,capacity and porosity.When the side group was trifluropropyl,the pot life reached 3.6 times of that for methyl group,and the closed cell rate and heat resistance were inferior to that for methyl group.While the side group was phenyl,the closed cell rate was between those for methyl and trifluropropyl groups and the heat resistance was not improved.
