摘　　要：以环氧丙醇与不同分子质量的端异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚物反应,制备出一系列端环氧基聚氨酯主胶。考查了不同配方主胶的外观差异和不同胺类固化剂对表干时间的影响。结果表明,降低主胶的氢键密度,可以改变产品的外观;预聚物分子质量越小,表干时间越短。将自制胶粘剂与市售醇溶胶粘剂进行了对比,发现自制胶粘剂初粘性、剥离强度都略优于后者。Using epoxypropanol and isocyanate terminated polyurethane pre-polymers with different molecular weight as the main raw materials,a series of epoxy terminated polyurethane polymers were prepared.The influences of different amine curing agents were investigated on the appearance of epoxy terminated polyurethane polymers and the surface drying time of the adhesives.The results showed that the reducing of hydrogen bond density can improve the appearance of the product;the smaller the pre-polymer molecular weight,the shorter the surface drying time. Finally,the comparison between homemade and market adhesives indicated that the homemade product is better in initial tack and peeling strength.
