摘　　要：阐述当前湖南电力通信网网络管理的现状和系统建设的思想,分析在湖南电网通信管理系统中部署SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,即面向服务架构)的必要性,介绍湖南电网通信系统中进行SOA应用情况。This paper describes current status of communication network and the key thought of network management system construction in Hunan Power Grid, and analyses the necessity of deployment strategy of SOA （ Service-Oriented Architecture） in the communication management system of Hunan power grid, and intoduces how to apply SOA in communication system of Hunan power grid.
