摘　　要：为探讨基础隔震体系的工程应用,以两栋多层框架结构的幼儿园建筑为背景,进行基础隔震技术应用的设计和分析。同时,讨论相关的结构、构造设计及工程经济性。设计和分析表明:在7度地震作用下,结构受到的地震作用效应大幅降低,隔震层的设计合理。表明了该框架结构应用基础隔震在技术上可靠,工程经济性上可行。可为类似基础隔震房屋的建设提供参考。To explore the engineering applications of base isolation system, this article designs and analyzes on base isolation technology applications taking two muhistory frame structure of kindergarten~ building as background. Meanwhile, the related structure and constitution design and engineering economy are dis- cussed. Design and analysis show that at earthquake of 7 degrees, the seismic effect suffered by structure is significantly reduced and isolation layer is designed rationally. Results indicate base - isolated frame structure is advanced in technology, reasonable in economy and reliable in safety, which provides a reference for the construction of similar base - isolated buildings.
