摘　　要：半侧颜面短小畸形(Hemifacial microsomia,HFM)是一种常见的颅颌面畸形,具体病因尚不清楚。HFM因疾病程度和累及部位的不同,治疗方法多种多样。目前,根据疾病程度及患者年龄采用个性化综合治疗,已得到广泛认可。根据目前临床常用的分类法,我们就HFM的综合治疗结合相关长期随访结果进行综述。Hemifacial microsomia （HFM） is a kind of common cranio-maxillofacial deformity, and the exact cause of disease is still not very clear. The clinical treatments are always various according to the extent of the disease and affected organs. Currently, a personalized treatment based on the extent of disease and the patient＇s age is widely accepted. This article reviewed the mainstream treatment programs and it＇s long-term follow up conclusions, so as to provide references for the clinicians.
