摘　　要：本文基于Access构建了海岸线类型数据库和解译标志数据库,实现了现场照片、解译标志图片、文字等信息的统一存储;并充分顾及海岸线判绘与提取工作特点进行系统设计,开发了数据库管理、海岸线判绘、海岸线提取和制图表达等4个子系统,实现了海岸线的流程化提取与制图。该系统简单实用、针对性强,提高了作业效率和准确性,可服务于海岸线动态变化遥感监测和管理。The paper constructed the coastline type database and interpreting marks database, so the photos, interpreting marks and characters could be uniformly stored using Access database. Based on C# and ArcGIS Engine, it designed the system according to the work characteristic, developed the subsystems of database management, coastline protraction, coastline extraction and mapping ex- pression, and realized the flow of extraction and mapping for coastline. The system could be manipulated simply and practically, and improve the workin~ efficiency and accuracy, servin~ for dynamic monitorinz and management of the coastline.
