摘 要:采用工业CT、剖切、电镜扫描、抗拉强度等试验方法对PBX-110和PBXN-109炸药采用真空浇注工艺形成的装药界面进行了研究。结果表明,试样的轴向剖切面可见明显的目视界面,工业CT无损检测和电镜微观分析表明界面处无分层、空隙或气孔等缺陷,界面处试样的抗拉强度介于两种炸药试样的抗拉强度之间。装药界面结合紧密、连续,界面处装药质量良好,并具有较高的抗拉强度,其界面处和本体炸药的抗拉强度与炸药中固相颗粒大小有关,颗粒越大的抗拉强度越小。The industrial CT, splitting, SEM, tensile strength test were used to research the interface between PBX-110 and PBXN-109 dealt with vacuumed cast process. The results showed that the axial cross section of sample had an obvious visual interface and the non-destructive testing of industrial CT test and SEM exhibited no drawbacks detected such as delamination, gap or porosity and other defects, and the tensile strength of interface was between that of two PBXs. The results brought out that it was a compact and continuous interface where the quality of charge was good enough, which led to higher tensile strength. The tensile strength of interface and explosive charge had relation to the size of solid grains. The greater the grain, the smaller the tensile strength.
