摘 要:使用最小自由能法对含硼富燃料推进剂的一次燃烧产物组分进行了计算。通过成气率实验和燃烧残渣中硼含量的检测,对计算结果进行了验证。研究了配方、压强和燃烧温度对含硼富燃料推进剂一次燃烧产物组分的影响。结果表明,采用最小自由能法计算含硼富燃料推进剂的一次燃烧产物组成是可靠的。当含硼富燃料推进剂中硼含量增加、AP含量降低时,硼的反应率先降低后升高;当推进剂中硼含量增加、镁和铝含量降低时,硼的反应率提高。当硼含量较低时,硼的反应率随压强的升高而提高;当硼含量较高时,硼的反应率随压强的升高先降低后提高,压强的增加有利于提高镁和铝的反应率,另外,压强的增加使碳的反应率下降,己反应的硼倾向于以B2O3的形式存在。随着燃烧温度的升高,硼的反应率缓慢降低,碳、镁和铝的反应率提高。当温度较高时,已反应的硼更倾向于生成HBO。The formulation of the first combustion products of the boron-based fuebrich propellant was calculated by the minimum free energy method, and the calculated result was validated by the experiment of percentage of gas products and the determination of the content of boron in the solid products. The effect of formulation, pressure and combustion temperature on the formulation of the first combustion products was studied. The results show that it is believable to calculate the formulation of the first combustion products by the minimum free energy method. The percentage of the reacted boron decreases first and increases subsequently when the boron increases and AP decreases. The percentage of the reacted boron increases when the boron increases and Mg and Al decrease. The percentage of the reacted boron increases with the increase of the pressure when the content of boron is lower. The percentage of the reacted boron increases first and decreases subse quently with the increase of the pressure when the content of boron is higher. The high pressure will benefit the percentage of the Mg and AI when the pressure is low. The percentage of carbon decreases with the increase of pressure and the boron reacted favors existing with the form of B2O3. The percentage of reacted boron decreases and the percentage of carbon, Mg and Al increases when the combustion temperature increases. The boron reacted favors existing with the form of HBO when the temperature is higher.
