摘　　要：HAZOP(危险性与可操作性研究)分析是一种对生产装置的操作进行危险识别和控制的主要手段和方法,它能够查找出加氢高压泵在使用操作过程中可能存在的偏差,并对偏差进行分析,确定原因和后果,提出安全措施,实际装备分析证明该方法科学。HAZOP（Hazard and Operability study） analysis are main means and methods of producing a device operation risk identification and control,it can find out the hydrogenation high-pressure pump may exist in the use of the operation process of the deviation,and the deviation analysis,to determine the causes and consequences,the security measures,the actual equipment analysis proved the scientific method.
