摘　　要：末端炔烃二聚反应是一类构建碳碳键的重要反应,其相应的产物-共轭二炔广泛存在于天然产物、药物、有机合成、材料化学等领域。介绍了近年来末端炔烃二聚生成对称和不对称共轭二炔以及相关机理的研究进展,指出在发展新颖的催化体系的同时,也要不断加深末端炔烃二聚反应的绿色化研究。The dimerization reaction of terminal alkynes is a kind of important reaction to construct of carbon-carbon bond,and the corresponding products-conjugated diynes have been found in natural products,pharmaceuticals,organic synthesis and material chemistry.The research progress on the symmetrical diynes,unsymmetrical diynes and the mechanism were reviewed in this paper.It was pointed out that various novel catalytic system need to be explored in the future.At the same time,the research on green chemistry of the dimerization reaction of terminal alkynes should be also intensified continuously.
