摘　　要：素质模型的研究和广泛运用为构建就业能力素质培养体系提供了理论的和实践的基础。通过对能力素质模型的介绍和分析,为就业能力培养的开发、设计及运用提供了有效的方法和手段,使不同的能力素质培养的目标设计有了指导依据和方法借鉴。对就业能力素质培养的科学性、系统性及操作性等多方面给予有益的启示。The study and application of the competence model provides the basis of the theory and practice for constructing a training system of employment ability. This paper argues that it is an effective method to introduce and analyze the competence model for developing and designing employment ability which will provide a reference for designing training target and give an enlightenment for the cultivation of employment ability and quality scientifically, systematically and operatively.
