摘　　要：针对典型的大型定子扇形片模具结构及装配工艺,结合实地生产设备条件,采取了相应的优化组合凸模与凹模结构的对策,取得了良好的效果,大大提高模具寿命,缩短了模具加工和装配周期。希望对模具设计人员有一定的帮助和指导作用。Take off to want：aim at typical model of assemble craft, combine an on-the-spot production large certainly son fan-shaped slice of molding tool structure and equipments condition, adopted a homologous excellent counterplan of structure for turning to combine convex mold and cave mold, obtained good effect, consumedly raise molding tool life span, shortenned a molding tool to process with assemble period.Hope to design a personnel to have certain help and instruction function to the molding tool.
