摘 要:为了提高高速列车摩擦片安装孔的加工精度和加工效率,提出一套针对高速列车摩擦片安装孔钻削的新式电主轴四轴联动钻床的研究方法。运用现代计算机仿真技术,对高速列车摩擦片的专用四轴联动钻床进行建模和动力学仿真分析,从而为提出一套钻削工艺方案提供设计依据;同时,根据具体的钻削工艺要求,设计一套专用钻削机的电气控制系统,以适应专用钻削机的自动化控制要求。通过上述的系统开发方法,能够开发出一台专用钻削机,使其能够实现对高速列车摩擦片安装孔位置精度和尺寸精度,同时提高生产效率。In order to improve precision and ettqciency of the mounting holes on the high speed train friction plate machining, a set of new development method is for electric spindle four-axis-linkage machine in drilling high speed train friction plate. By modem technique of computer simulation, modeling of the drilling machine, dynamic simulation analysis, a set of drilling process is put forward and is provided as the design basis of the new drilling machine. At the same time, according to the specific requirements of drilling cutting process, a set of electric control system is designed that adapts to the automatic control requirements for the special drill cutting machine. Through the system development method mentioned above, a special drilling machine is developed which can realize the mounting hole position accuracy, precision, and improve production efficiency for the high speed train friction plate.
