摘　　要：通过单因素试验研究ZJ17卷烟机全速运行情况下,回丝量系数、风室内压力和烟条输送机内压力等三个工艺参数,在不同参数水平时对某牌号高档卷烟空头率的影响。用最小二乘法对试验数据进行曲线拟合,通过拟合曲线直观显示出各参数水平对空头率的影响程度,并给出以上3个参数在针对该牌号烟丝生产烟支的最佳取值区间。The influence of cigarette loose-ends ratio of some cigarette brand in different parameters of different levels have been researched by running the ZJ17 cigarette making machine in full speed. This research is including the parameters of the proportional coefficient of Needle Roller and the pressure of Wind Chamber and the pressure of Cigarette Rod Conveyor. The experimental date has been fitting curves by way of Least Square method and the best rang of this three parameters are given.
