摘　　要：作为民营企业,尤其是民营制造企业,如何在残酷的竞争中赢得一席之地,如何适应现在高速发展的时代是一个亟待解决的问题,在这里我们选择了一种方法,即微型生产线。通过微型生产线可以大大缩短生产过程链,也可以极大地简化加工工艺,更可以降低生产运作和管理的成本,从而更好的提高生产效率。As private enterprises, especially private manufacturing enterprises in the brutal competition to win a place, and how to adapt to the era of rapid development is an urgent problem, we have chosen a way, that miniature production line. Through the micro production line can greatly shorten the chain of production processes, but also can greatly simplify the process, can reduce the cost of production operation and management, in order to better improve production efficiency.
