对孕足月胎膜早破和破膜引产静滴催产素的安全护理分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析对孕足月胎膜早破的产妇实行破膜引产加静滴催产素的安全护理方法。方法选取孕足月胎膜早破患者176例,其中行破膜引产静滴催产素的患者109例(A组),未行破膜静滴催产素的患者67例(B组),比较A、B组产程时间。将A组患者按其入院时间分为实验组(61例)和对照组(48例),对实验组患者采用全方位的个性化安全护理,对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察并比较两组患者护理后的生活质量。结果护理后实验组患者的生活质量明显优于对照组;初产妇与经产妇行破膜静滴催产素的产程需要时间比未行破膜静滴催产素的产程分别缩短了7h、4.5h。结论对孕足月胎盘早破的产妇实行破膜引产加静滴催产素的方法有利于缩短产程,减少产妇痛苦,但需注意对其进行全方位的个性化护理。Objective To study and analyze the safe methods of care of pregnant premature rupture of membranes and rupture of induction of labor intravenous infusion of oxytocin. Methods 176 pregnant patients with premature rupture were divided into group A （109 cases of induction of labor intravenous oxytocin patients with Amniotomy）, and group B （67 patients without rupture intravenous oxytocin）. patients in group A were divided into the experimental group （61 cases） and control group （48 cases） according to their admission time. The experimental group patients were taken with full range of personalized safety of care, and patients in the control group were taken with conventional care measures. The quality of life for the two groups after care was taken for observation and comparison. The labor time for group A and group B was compared. Results After care, the experimental group had better life quality compared with the control group. The time for primipara and the maternal with rupture intravenous oxytocin production were shortened 7 h, 4.5 h than that without labor rupture intravenous oxytocin. Conclusions Rupture induction of labor plus intravenous oxytocin for the premature rupture of maternal pregnancy term placenta can help shorten labor, reduce maternal pain, but we should pay attention to the full range of personalized care.
