摘  要:目的:分析男性不育患者血液及精液Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Ni等微量元素含量及相关性。方法:选择20例已育男性和20例不育男性,采用原子吸收光谱分析法测定血液及精液中的微量元素,比较两组血液和精液中微量元素相关性。结果:男性已育组血液中锌含量(1.35±0.27)mg/l、精液中锌含量(202.17±17.37)mg/l明显高于男性不育组(P<0.05),铜、铁、锰、镍与男性不育组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示,男性不育组中血液中锌含量与精液中的锌含量呈直线相关关系(r=0.84,P=0.003)。结论:血液和精液中锌含量可能是影响男性生殖能力的主要因素。Objective: To analyse blood and semen microelements contents such as Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and relevance in male patients with infertility.Method: 20 fertile men and 20 infertile men were selected, microelements in the blood and semen were determinated using atomic absorption spectrometry, and compared between the two groups.Result: Zinc content in the blood in fertility group was ( 1.35± 0.27 ) mg/L, semen zinc content was ( 202.17± 17.37 ) mg/L, were significantly higher than those in infertility group ( P〈0.05 ) .About copper, iron, manganese, nickel, there were not significant ( P〉0.05 ) .The correlation analysis showed that there was linear correlation about the content of zinc between the blood and semen in the infertility group ( r=0.84, P=0.003 ) .Conclusion: Zinc content in the blood and semen is the may factors that affecting the ability of the male reproduction.
