摘　　要：针对我国机械工业企业质量效益普遍不佳的现状 ,从企业经营环境、企业战略、人员、设备、质量管理、售后服务等方面作了分析 ,认为机械工业企业要取得良好的质量效益需要企业。In our country's mechanical industry,quality benefits of enterprises are not very good.The paper analyzes the reasons from different angle,such as external conditions,enterprises strategy,personnel,equipment,management and after-sale service,considers that enterprises,government departments and academic circles need combined action to change above situation.
