摘　　要：简要阐明金融标准化的组织及其制定的标准，就现代网上银行标准化特点，内容以及流程作全面的介绍，并就加密技术及认证机制作扼要说明。 Organization of financial standardization and standards that were formulated were illustrated. The features, contents and process of modern bank on net were introduced. Encryption technique and mechanism of certification were explained.
