2316例脐血汞和胎发汞配对分析及评价

摘　　要：目的配对测定脐血汞和胎发汞,并分析其相关性。方法采用整群法对2010年6月至2011年6月孕期生活在吴江,无重大疾病史的入院分娩者进行健康影响因素问卷调查,新生儿娩出时收集脐血、胎发进行汞含量测定。结果 2 316例配对脐血汞几何均值为2.02μg/L,胎发汞为244.06μg/kg,二者呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.472,P<0.05),与国内部分地区新生儿脐血汞、胎发汞浓度比较处于相似或稍低水平。一至四季度脐血汞分别为(1.57±1.95)、(2.92±2.05)、(1.90±1.84)、(2.00±1.84)μg/L;胎发汞分别为(234.15±2.11)、(290.13±2.10)、(271.52±2.13)、(193.29±2.44)μg/kg。不同季度脐血汞和胎发汞差异有统计学意义(F1=73.95,F2=30.98,P<0.01),其汞含量均以二季度最高。结论脐血汞和胎发汞均能作为监测孕期宫内汞暴露的指标。二季度户外活动增加,体内汞含量也有所增高。Objective To research the mercury contents in cord blood and fetal hair in order to analyze and e- valuate their correlation. Methods From June 2010 to June 2011 the whole puerperal women without any serious dis eases and were living in Wujiang during their pregnancy were investigated by a questionnaire about their health fac- tors. In the study, cluster sampling method was used. At the same time, the mercury contents of cord blood and fetal hair were determined when their neonates were born. Results The average mercury level of these 2 316 neonates in cord blood was 2.02 μg/L, while it in fetal hair was 244.06 μg/kg, which were with positive relationship（r= 0. 472 ,P〈0.05）. This level in neonates was lower than or the same as that in partial areas of China. From the first quarter to the fourth quarter, the mercury contents in cord blood were 1.57±1.95, 2.92±2.05, 1.90±1. 84 and 2.00±1.84 ±g/L, while the mercury contents in fetal hair were 234.15±2.11,290. 13±2.10,271.52±2.13 and 193. 29±2.44 μg/kg. There was significant difference between different quarters （F1 = 73. 95, F2 = 30. 98, P〈 0.01）. The highest was in the second quarter. Conclusion Mercury contents both in cord blood and fetal hair could be used to monitor the fetal mercury exposure. Outdoor activity increasing in the second quarter could increase mer- cury contents in cord blood and fetal hair.
