摘　　要：医院院务公开是在深化卫生改革的新形势下,医院职工参与民主管理、民主监督的一种新形式,是增强决策事项透明度、推进医院的党风廉政建设和反腐倡廉工作、构建和谐医患关系的重要措施之一。院务公开的程度决定了职工参与医院管理的程度,从某种程度上讲,它是职工参与医院管理的助推器。通过院务公开让职工了解医院的基本情况,增强职工的政治责任感、工作责任感和集体荣誉感,积极为医院的建设与发展献计献策,促进医院健康发展。With further reform of health system, making hospital affairs public is a new style for staffs participating in demo- craticmanagement and supervision. It makes the decisions open and clear, strengthens the construction of the Party＇s cleanand honest working style and the project of combating corruption and building clean administration in the hospital. It＇s one of the im- portant measures to form harmonious doctor-patientrelation. The degree of hospital affairs public determines the depth of staff＇s participation in hospital management, It can help them understand the basic situation of hospital and intensify their sense of re- sponsibility of politics and occupation and group honor, which also inspire them come up with new and better ways for hospital de- velopment.
