摘　　要：目的:对江西省11个设区市基层卫生机构24种常见病的基本诊疗路径试点进行定量分析,探索建立切合基层医疗卫生机构实际的路径管理制度,以便服务于基本药物制度和新医改。方法:按照分层、整群、多阶段抽样方法,随机抽取江西省11个设区市、68个县(市、区)的226家基层卫生机构进行调查,利用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:江西省11个设区市基层卫生机构基本诊疗路径试点后比试点前平均治疗费用降低了16.08%,平均治疗天数缩短了20.97%。结论:基本诊疗路径的实施可降低基层卫生机构常见病的平均治疗费用,缩短平均治疗时间,初步验证了基本诊疗路径能减轻患者负担,符合医改的初衷,具有可行性。Objective To quantitatively analyze the pilot basic clinical pathway of 24 kinds of common diseases in grass-roots medical institutions of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province, explore pathway management system which is in line with grass-roots medical institutions, and serve the essential drug system and new medical reform. Methods 226 cases of grass-roots medical institutions were selected from 68 counties （districts） of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province with stratified cluster and multi stage sampling method and surveyed. And the result was analyzed with statistical software of SPSS. Results The average cost of medical treatment reduced by 16.08% after the pilot basic clinical pathway in these 11 cities in Jiangxi Province. And the average duration of medical treat- ment was shortened by 20.97%. Conclusion The implementation of basic clinical pathway can reduce the average cost of medical treatment of common diseases in grass-roots medical institutions and shorten its average duration, which preliminarily verifies that the basic clinical pathway can reduce the patients＇ burden. The basic clinical pathway consists with the purpose of medical reform and has feasibility.
