摘　　要：目的:通过定量和定性数据的收集,了解山西省民营医院的发展现状与存在问题,并进行探讨。方法:在山西省范围内以问卷形式对民营医院进行调查,并对资料进行描述性分析。结果:山西省民营医院发展迅速,但整体上规模较小、分布不均,人力资源缺乏,注重专科特色,存在工作效率和效益偏低等问题。结论:民营医院要顺应新形势、抓住新政策带来的发展机遇,加强自身管理和建设,注重引进人才和培养,诚信经营,促进自身健康、持续、快速发展。政府要落实好政策,鼓励和支持民营医院的发展,加快多元化办医的格局的形成。Objective To understand the state of development and current problems in non-governmental hospitals of Shanxi and to explore it by collecting quantitative and qualitative data. Methods Investigations in the form of questionnaires were made on the non- governmental hospitals in province-wide and a descriptive analysis was made. Results Non-governmental hospitals in Shanxi province witnessed fast development, but they were generally small-scaled, uneven distributed,lacked of human resources, paid special attention to the unique features of specialties, And the working efficiency and benefits were low. Conclusion Non-gov- ernmental hospitals should conform to the new situation, seize the development opportunity brought by the new policy, strengthen their management and construction,pay attention to the introduction of talents and training, manage sincerely, promote themselves health, sustained and rapid development. The government should implement the policy well, to encourage and support the develop- ment of non- governmental hospitals, hair to speed up the formation of diversified do medical pattern.
